My name is Mike Hartman, I just started riding again at age 58. Fell in love with the Savage for a lot of reasons, I guess it is so like those big British Singles of my earlier days in S. Cal. Living in Western NC (Waynesville) is great with a lot of great rides - Blue Ridge Parkway and all, but Savages seem to be an endangered species. We own some property with camping potential not far (17 miles)from Asheville. Any through bikers (of course Savage owners preferred) are welcome to overnight there.
